Songs = ソングス by Sugar Babe
This album is pretty perfect. Seminal for a lot of the city pop gods. OG outfit for Tatsuro Yamashita etc..
The Pod by Ween
Love love love this album
The Mollusk by Ween
Perfect. Just perfect.
The Mollusk by Ween
One of the most tranquil, yet weird perfect album to exist.
Quebec by Ween
this really is the best ween record, or at the very least my favorite. a very good mix, if the not the best mix of their silly and more serious sides. transdermal celebration, among his tribe, tried and true, chocolate town, i dont want it, the argus, if you could save yourself....... truly incredible. and the rest of the record is great too.
Loaded by The Velvet Underground
Doug Yule rules and is just as important to this band as John Cale. Maybe not as “groundbreaking”; but goddamnit these are some good-ass tunes. Listen in stereo and listen LOUD.
The Velvet Underground by The Velvet Underground
BYE BYE John Cale, we don’t miss you! Lou Reed strove for perfection, and he got it. Murder Mystery is strange but I’ve never heard anyone else try to do something like it so… cool?
Back in Black by AC/DC
They’re back alright… but without the good singer. RIP Bon Scott, we REALLY miss you here.
