One of the best debut solo albums I've heard especially considering it was all written still when she was a teenager. This is more of a pop punk album, but it has a mix of so much going on.

歌舞伎町の女王 by 椎名林檎

One of my favorite songs ever. This continues a tradition of amazing Japanese songs that sound upbeat unless you know what the words are.
