The worldbuilding and vibe of the album is pretty innocent and yet very dark. Clumsy and yet agile. Bladee is in two places at the same time

Jon Brion tried to amplify Kevin's swag, but it kind of had the opposite effect. Sick to hear Kevin sing with Solange and a full fledge rock sound ala Famine Affair. Kevin shines through on this album but Jon does not. Would've been better if Kevin took the reigns I imagine.
