White Light/White Heat by The Velvet Underground

I respect this album more than I enjoy listening to it. The jams are there, the band is there… but something about it just doesn’t click with me. I do love ‘The Gift’ and ‘Here She Comes Now’ though; and who can forget their promo photos for this record? Iconic.

Deceit by This Heat

Best album ever written in an industrial freezer. Saw them play it live in like 2018 or whenever it was and they had 2 drummers Dead style and god damn did it still rip. Felt like I read the book before I watched the movie.
